It's Business Time

I really didn't realize how long it had been, sorry about that kids. Time is a slippin these days. I seem to keep stumbling upon good music and a lot of my time is spent in the pointless room with my roommate rocking out. That or playing guitar hero. Or watching Flight of the Conchords, which is the best show ever! (Massive crush on Jermaine.) There is also the softball 3 nights a week which is always a good time. Oh, and the Harry Potter book came out and I had to read that. I went to Omaha to visit my sister for a weekend and then my long lost friend Dahlia came to visit me. I hadn't seen her in 2 years! It's been since my Euro Tour of 05. So that has also taken up me time. Driving my little Nigel around is also time consuming and a good time except when people don't realize where their lane is and I practically end up in a brick wall. That was a fun morning. Oh and then I had reunion week when I called or emailed people I hadn't talked to in a while and we got together. That was a fun week. It felt good to reconnect. I have missed people. I guess my job takes up a bulk of my time, although I seem to forget that I have a job some nights and manage to stay out way past bedtime. But that is OK, work serves amazing egg sandwiches and it's almost an excuse to wake up late and get breakfast at work. Perfect. I think that pretty much sums up the past month. It was good to me, nothing major to complain about. (except the near end of Nigel and the shitty way Harry Potter ended)

I turn 23 on August 14. Once again I am bracing for a crappy b-day. Recall last years spa fiasco? That was not cool. Then there was the time that NBS got married on my 21st b-day. Then the time the fam forgot about the b-day, we the couple times they have forgotten. Seriously I think every year I decided to avoid acknowledgment of the day, but every year I think it is going to be different. We shall see how this one shall go. It's more of a curiosity think now. A what else can possible happen thing. Knowing me, many things can and will happen. Oh JOY! I can't wait! Actually I can.
