I would just like to say that I picked 4 of the 5 top 5 on Project Runway. I has Robert instead of Jeffery in the top 5. I am SOOO happy that Vincent and his creepy sexual references is gone. It's about freaking time.
I went to the Lake this past weekend and attempted water skiing for the first time in my natural life. Let me tell you folk that haven't tried this activity, it looks so much easier than it is. I swallowed a healthy dose of lake water in my quest for getting up, and still I never got up. I got close to it, but then fate ripped that sweet standing position from me. It's a cruel world.
My sister comes home Saturday and I am pumped! I haven't seen her in a couple months. It also means that I get to eat Indian food! I introduced her to Chicken Tika and she has been hooked. I love it. This trip I am introducing her to sushi, we will see how that goes. Not to sure what she will think of it.
It's been 4 days on the Metrolink and I can already tell you that I love it. Not only do I get to pass attractive, young, newly doctors on my way to work, but it also makes my life so stress free. No more traffic, YA!!!!
The house I was staying in at the Lake had the most amazing cookbook in it. It's called "Classic Everyday Cooking" and I would suggest everyone pick it up. Fantastic. I am trying to make a recipe a week from the book. My goal by the end of the year is to create a signature breakfast dish. I want to create an amazing breakfast feast and be known for it. I eventually will get around to having a signature every meal including appetizers, salads and desserts.
I love cooking!
My stomach just sounded like thunder, I think I am going to get some cheese. Yummy cheese.
