Today I was doing a little video production work and I noticed something interesting. When you play a tape back at normal speed, it sounds like the people are speaking German/Hungarian/Russian. It's kind of funny. But this made me wonder, if you play back a tape where people are speaking German/Hungarian/Russian will it sound like that are speaking English? Think about it.
I also noticed today whilst making a spinach pie that I tend to commentate when I cook. I act as if there are cameras around and I have my own show on the Food Network.
Have I mentioned my small crush on Bobby Flay? I have been obsessed with his show 'Throw Down.' Not really sure why, but I love it. You should really watch it. I might even invest in Sir Flay's cookbook. I was going to buy it the other day but Barefoot Contessa swept me off my feet.

I hope my dear readers have a good and safe holiday weekend. I am escaping this city and fleeing to the Lake. 3 days of doing nothing but floating in a raft I attach to the dock so i don't float away. Glorious!
