Air in bursting bombs the, glare red rockets the and

I became a big kid today when I finally quit my college job and landed one in the real world.   Technically, I don't graduate till May so having a college job was OK till then.  But right now I am not happy there and I really want to get started out there in the real world.  I hear some interesting things about the real world.  I heard that in the real world you have to do 25 jumping jacks a day while singing the Star Spangled Banner backwards or else they'll cut off your baby toe.  But my source was kind of shady so we will see about that.

I will be working
here.  They are very small so I will get to try my hand in a bit of everything.  It's technically considered an internship but they are paying me and I get a client, so I am calling it a job.

I can't believe I am getting so big.  I mean, I graduate college in May.  Me? A college grad?  It hasn't hit me yet.  I wish my dad was here to see me walk in May.  I wish he would have been able to see me walk for my high school one too.  I am not sure why walking is such a big deal, but walking across that stage is offically closing that chapter of your life.  Once you cross, you can't go back.  Well, unless your shoe falls off, but that story is for another time.

I'm a big kid!

Well, sort of.
